Hello everyone,
My name is Amélie and I am a wellness massage practitioner. I completed the state-recognized "Intervenant Spa & Bien-être" training program at Temana school. I specialize in global recovery and use the cupping method to help you recover and improve your performances.
I have been involved in a variety of sports over the years (horse riding, track and field, CrossFit, weight lifting), which allows me to understand what you need and how you feel, and assist you in the best possible way.
Accompaniment, attentive listening and kindness are the key words for a relaxing moment based entirely on your desires and needs. I welcome you to a massage room that is warm and relaxing to the senses. The session begins with a consultation, during which you tell me about yourself, what you want and the tensions you are feeling. I use my knowledge to offer you a tailor-made massage, adapted to your needs. I respect your modesty throughout the session, thanks to my draping method. At the end of the massage, I leave the room which enables you to slowly come back to your senses and enjoy the sensation of relaxation. Meanwhile, I bring you a glass of purified, revitalized water to ensure optimal rehydration. Finally, I take a moment to listen to your feedback. This last step is essential, as it enables me to tailor your next massage to your specific needs.
I am passionate about supporting athletes in their activity(ies) by creating personalized subscriptions and using effective methods such as cupping, deep tissue and draining protocols.
I use 100% organic and vegetable oils (no petroleum-based mineral oils) as well as self-made infused oils. I have written several blog articles on the subject, which you can read here.
Respect for people goes hand-in-hand with respect for the environment. Therefore I do my utmost best to reduce consumption of water, electricity and waste production as well as to optimize the use of resources.
Please contact me for more information. I will happily answer your questions, talk about massages, plants, well-being and more! See you soon for your next massage!
Be well,
Amélie
